We’re Mind, the mental health charity. We won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect. We provide advice and support to empower anybody experiencing a mental health problem and we campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

Mind and mental health are on the public’s and government’s agendas like never before and an exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of our movement for change leading Mind’s successful Partnerships fundraising team.

The Partnerships fundraising team of 22 staff raises in excess of £11m per year from major donors, corporates, trusts and statutory funders. The team’s income has been growing annually for the last five consecutive years.

We are looking for an exceptional leader with significant experience of partnerships fundraising (from at least three of the above sources) and strong management and strategic skills to maximize the opportunities for Mind during this surge of interest in mental health.

You will be highly motivated, efficient, personable and self-sufficient, capable of motivating, managing and developing a high performing team, contributing to Mind's corporate strategy at the highest level, and adept at developing and maintaining external relationships and partnerships. You will be an excellent communicator and passionate about Mind's work, with an ability to craft and adapt Mind’s case for support for a wide range of audiences and build the profile of the Partnerships team both externally and internally.

In return we offer an excellent remuneration package, flexible working and an incredible opportunity to contribute to Mind's vision of ensuring that anyone with a mental health problem gets the support they need and respect they deserve.
