Head of Supporter Development

A fantastic fundraising opportunity with one of the worls leading conservation organisations.

This is a 1 year fixed term contract within the Public Fundraising team, the Head of Supporter Development is pivotal role within the Public Fundraising tea,. You will be responsible for managing a team of 7 (4 direct line reports) to deliver over £30 million income per annum from existing supporters. This role is vital to our future fundraising success.

This is a great opportunity for a dynamic, experienced fundraising professional to make their mark on one of the largest and most successful fundraising programmes in the UK.

You will have a strong background in income generation, supporter engagement and an excellent awareness of sector legislation for fundraising. You will have demonstrable experience in managing a large team to ensure effective delivery of campaigns delivering results for the organisation. You will have experience in being responsible for large budgets and managing relationships with external suppliers, including creative, data, print and telemarketing agencies, monitoring their performance to ensure; continued value for money, representation of the WWF brand and compliance with fundraising regulations.
