Major Donors Fundraising Manager 

Hft is a national charity and established care provider for nearly 3,000 adults with learning disabilities and autism. Position: Major Partnerships Manager 
Location: Homebased - Cheshire or Wirral 
Job type: Part Time, Permanent 
Hours: 21 hours per week 
Salary: £33,786 pro rata

About the role: 

Working as part of the Partnerships Team you will be responsible for the development of relationships with major donors to achieve agreed income targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The role will have a national scope based in the North West, with accounts concentrated in counties such as the Midlands, the Wirral, Yorkshire and North Wales. 

You will help develop and implement a strategy for long-term support from major donors, identifying and successfully approaching prospects for support and managing those relationships throughout the whole stewardship cycle.

About you: 

The successful candidate will have significant major donor fundraising experience (or equivalent transferable experience) and possess excellent communications, interpersonal, presentation and proposal writing skills. They will also be accustomed to working to deadlines and managing budgets.
