An exciting opportunity for an experienced Fundraising/Partnerships Manager. 

Hft is a leading national charity supporting adults with learning disabilities, employing some 3,000 people. 

Position: Major Partnerships Manager 
Location: Bristol or home-based (with regular visits to Central Support Office, Whitefriars, Bristol, BS1) 
Contract: Temporary Maternity Cover Contract 
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week 
Salary: £33,786 per annum plus benefits

About the role: 

The Fundraising Manager / Partnerships Manager will work as part of the Funding Partnerships Team (FP) and will be responsible for the development of relationships with major donors to achieve agreed income targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). 

The Fundraising Manager / Partnerships Manager will help develop and implement a strategy for long-term support from major donors, identifying and successfully approaching prospects for support and managing those relationships throughout the whole stewardship cycle. 

This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in a forward thinking, welcoming organisation in the early stages of a major donor programme. 

About you: 

The successful candidate will have significant major donor fundraising experience (or equivalent transferable experience) and possess excellent communications, interpersonal, presentation and proposal writing skills. They will also be accustomed to working to deadlines and managing budgets.
