Home-Start UK are currently looking for a part time Fundraising Income & Support Officer.

Fundraising Income & Support Officer
Salary: £12,684pa actual salary (FTE £21,741pa)
Hours: 21 hours per week, (can be worked flexibly)
Location: Based at the Home-Start UK office in Leicester

Home-Start UK is the national charity at the centre of the Home-Start federated network of local charities providing home and community based support for families and children. 

Through a network of trained volunteers we provide expert support helping families with young children through their challenging times. We are there for parents when they need us the most, because childhood can’t wait.

Over the past four decades Home-Start has supported over a million children and has become one of the leading family support charities across the UK.

This role will be responsible for accurately processing donations across a range of income streams, ensuring an excellent level of financial processing that will underpin the success in fundraising activity across a range of income streams.

You will need to have great attention to detail together with previous experience and good knowledge of Raisers Edge to run queries and reports to thank donors and communicate with them in a timely and accurate manner.  You will also provide an excellent supporter experience for all Home-Start UK donors and supporters, as well as supporting the fundraising team in general with events and activities.
