Income Generation and Strategic Alliances Manager

We are currently recruiting a strong communicator with excellent relationship management skills to manage Income Generation & Strategic Alliances in the Youth Career Initiative (YCI) team. The purpose of this role is to secure income needed to enable YCI to meet its funding targets. The job holder will identify funding opportunities, develop proposals and applications for new YCI support. They will also be expected to build a pipeline for future funding while managing the reporting requirements of existing and new donor relationships. The successful candidate must be financially literate, have a sound understanding of corporate fundraising and partnerships with major donors & trusts, as well as having relevant and demonstrable experience in business development and fundraising within the non-profit sector.

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months with the possibility of extension. It is part-time 17.5 hours per week.
