Individual Giving Manager

Concern Worldwide (UK) is seeking an experienced Individual Giving Manager to:

• Lead the development and implementation of its individual giving strategy
• Lead the growth Concern Worldwide (UK)’s individual giving programme and income
• Lead the development of programmes that maximise donor experience and loyalty
• Manage and lead the Individual Giving Team
• Maximise Concern’s emergency response fundraising capability

About The role/person

The Individual Giving Manager will be responsible for an income target of £4.7 million and an expenditure budget of £1.7 million (financial year: 2017)

You will use your experience and knowledge for donor recruitment and retention, delivering high quality donor experience and sustained income growth as well as legacy giving programmes.

You will have at least five years’ experience working within a UK individual team as well as in-depth knowledge of UK individual giving fundraising techniques. Being responsible for a team of seven staff members, you will be an experienced line manager with excellent people management skills.
