Individual Giving Officer (Fundraising) 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Marketing and Communications team as an Individual Giving Officer.

Position: Individual Giving Officer 
Location: Rugby 
Contract type: Permanent 
Hours: 37.5 hours per week 
Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

About the role: 

This role will support the Individual Giving Manager in planning and implementing campaigns to maximise income from our new and current supporters. You’ll be involved in delivering direct marketing campaigns across online and offline channels including; direct mail, DRTV, raffles, door to door. You will help identify and maximise opportunities to engage supporters through the website and mobile. 

You’ll be contributing to the implementation of supporter journeys to enhance the long-term engagement and commitment of our supporters. Your role will help ensure supporters receive the highest levels of stewardship and understand the impact their support has on our lifesaving work. 

About you: 

Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have proven direct marketing campaign management experience, and strong planning and project management skills. Experience of working with external suppliers and agencies is required. You will have advanced skills in Microsoft Office specifically Excel, be highly numerate and have experience of working in a marketing or / and fundraising environment. 

It is desirable that you have experience of using a CRM system, preferably Raisers Edge. It is beneficial if you possess knowledge of the charity sector.
