Location: Islington, London
Salary: £27,425 to £32,225 per annum
Closing date: 20/08/2018
Interview date: 29/08/2018

JDRF is the type 1 diabetes charity, improving lives until we find the cure.  We fund research to cure, treat and prevent type 1 diabetes.

Our Individual Giving team is growing, and we're looking for an Individual Giving Officer to join us in finding the cure for type 1 diabetes.

You will be responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating our Direct Marketing appeals by mail, phone, social media and email. Working closely with colleagues across different teams you’ll manage campaigns from start to finish, making recommendations to improve and develop the programme moving forwards.

You’ll have the opportunity to get creative and contribute to the continued growth of the team by supporting the Individual Giving manager to test and develop new initiatives as we seek to increase our income. Most importantly you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment.

To succeed in this role you will have previously managed direct marketing campaigns, delivered projects on time and within budget and worked with databases. You’ll manage your own workload and work collaboratively across different teams.

We will give you flexible working, generous annual leave entitlement which rises with length of working, season ticket or bike loan, employee assistance programme and a childcare voucher scheme. We also have other great benefits including our annual staff conference, amazing culture to work in and great colleagues.

To apply please complete the form below.

A bit more about us. We also provide information for children and adults living with the condition at all stages from diagnosis and beyond.  We give a voice to people with type 1 diabetes and campaign for an increased focus on and funding for research to find the cure.

We want our employees to be committed and prepared to go the extra mile in finding the cure for type 1. Whatever your role is within JDRF you can be guaranteed that your work will always be rewarding.

‘JDRF is an equal opportunity employer, we welcome applications from all individuals regardless of race, gender, disability, religious belief, sexual orientation or age.’

The client requests no contact from agencies or media sales.
