Corporate Development Manager

About the Role
You will win new national and international business partnerships that will make a difference to the lives of people with disabilities. Alongside maintaining and developing the support from one of our largest corporate partners, you will also secure new partnerships, typically in excess of £50,000 a year, including high-profile partnerships worth in excess of £1 million.

With our exciting new brand, you will work with our service and programme delivery teams to identify projects to enable you to develop compelling approaches to companies that will secure their partnership support. You will also grow and develop our new business pipeline and support our cultivation activities.

You will manage multi-level relationships with our partners embedding them into our Charity and developing their ongoing support.

About You
You will have an impressive track record of relationship management, sales, fundraising or new business generation along with demonstrable experience of meeting and exceeding financial targets.

You will be persuasive, with the ability to inspire and influence both our partners and potential partners developing long terms relationships and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will be inspired by our work and bring a genuine commitment to the values and ethos of Leonard Cheshire.
