One in six people in the UK will have a disability in their lifetime and we want to make sure they have the opportunity to live their lives to their full potential.

Leonard Cheshire Disability (LCD) is the UK’s largest voluntary sector provider of services for disabled people.  Our services include high-quality care and community support together with innovative projects supporting disabled people into education, employment and entrepreneurship.  Worldwide, our global alliance of Cheshire partners supports disabled people into education and employment, and works in more than 50 countries.

The aim of this role is to ensure that Fundraising, Campaigning and other teams have the information they need in order to reach the Charity’s goals by ensuring that the CRM system contains timely, robust and accurate transactional data.

Working alongside the Data Import & Income Processing Officer, you will be highly numerate and organised.

You will have experience working with CRM systems (ideally the Raiser’s Edge and/or Microsoft Dynamics), executing bulk uploads, creating and running queries and reports, processing donations, Gift Aid, and handling cash and cheques. Microsoft Excel experience for data manipulation and reporting is required.

The ideal candidate will also be comfortable with Microsoft Access for building and maintaining data import tools.
