Could you develop and implement an exciting, cutting edge strategy to maximise and grow our income through donor acquisition and retention and launch nationwide legacy marketing campaigns to support our amazing work?

Leonard Cheshire Disability is the UK’s largest voluntary sector provider of services for disabled people.These services include high-quality care and community support together with innovative projects in the UK and internationally supporting disabled people into education, employment and entrepreneurship.Since 2008, our international development programmes have supported over 23,000 children in school and over 26,000 disabled adults into employment across Africa and Asia.In 2017 we launched our new strategy to radically improve the life choices of people with disabilities, articulating our aim to support journeys towards independence.

In this role you will direct a high performing team of Individual Giving Officers and Legacy Marketing Officers to develop innovative plans to create new streams of income and you will also engage leading external agencies and suppliers for this work.

The successful candidate will bring significant strategic planning skills, possess a range of direct marketing skills from donor acquisition through donor development, and have a good understanding of legacy marketing and in memoriam fundraising.

You will enjoy taking an innovative and creative approach and have significant experience and enthusiasm for digital marketing and communications.

You will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, motivated to achieve objectives and challenging targets.
