About the Role

You will project manage and develop effective marketing campaigns to significantly increase our levels of donor acquisition. You will liaise with internal teams,and manage our external creative teams and suppliers. You will assist in the development of the campaign budgets and achieve the targets (including financial) set in our Individual Giving strategy.

You will have the autonomy to manage the design, print and production of our direct marketing activity and manage both online and offline integrated direct marketing campaigns. 

About You

You will bring previous experience of project managing a range of direct marketing activities including direct mail, inserts and digital. You will have good experience of achieving targets and of using a fundraising database to segment and select data, produce reports and analyse information.

You will have basic copywriting experience, along with experience of gathering case studies to feature in fundraising materials and you will bring significant experience of working with external agencies, creative teams and suppliers.
