If you are a highly motivated and engaging individual, you might be just what we are looking for to join our team. Working with the Income Generation Co-ordinator and the Senior Management Team, you will be helping to ensure LGBT Foundation achieves its income targets.  This will be primarily through:

  1. Researching and submitting funding applications to statutory sources and Trusts and Foundations, at either a local, regional or national level.
  1. Undertaking administrative functions relevant to income generation and the work of the Deputy Chief Executive such as writing briefings, co-ordinating and minute-taking at meetings, keeping internal systems up to date, and supporting with bid compliance and project initiation stages.

You will have a flexible and motivated attitude to work; have a confident and persuasive writing style; and work with a high level of integrity.

We particularly welcome applicants who identify as women from BAME (Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic) communities, trans communities and that are older (50+) as staff from these are currently underrepresented in our organisation.

* Trans is an umbrella and inclusive term used to describe people whose gender identity differs in some way from that which they were assigned at birth; including non-binary people, cross dressers and those who partially or incompletely identify with their sex assigned at birth.

We are open to flexible home working if you are in the process of transition and therefore have regular appointments.
