About SafeLives:

We are a national charity dedicated to ending domestic abuse in the UK. Our mission is simple – to make sure all people affected by domestic abuse can live safely. We emerged from an urgent need to find better ways to help victims. We combine support for local services with evidence-based interventions; we hold the largest dataset on domestic abuse in the UK and use this to inform national policy.

It is a really exciting time to join us. We are brimming with ambition.

About the role:

We are growing our successful fundraising team with some exciting new posts. In this role you will be working closely with the Head of Fundraising to establish and develop a major donor programme, identifying and securing the support of high net worth individuals wanting to help us end domestic abuse.

We are looking for someone ambitious and creative, who enjoys building relationships, organising events and loves working as part of a busy team. You will help us to develop an exciting, engaging new major donor programme with a series of new events, visits and activities. We would love to hear from candidates who can demonstrate their experience of effectively managing funder relationships, or similar account management, alongside their experience of working in a target driven environment. You will deliver high quality stewardship and ensure major donors are kept fully appraised of developments in what will be a rapidly changing, energetic and exciting period of innovation.
