We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to lead the Insight, Supporter Care and Business Processes functions within the Supporter Marketing team. We are an ambitious team who are determined to continue the growth that has seen our fundraising income double over the last 10 years. We know that analysis, insight, effective systems and excellent customer service all play crucial roles in making that happen.

Your primary focus will be on individual supporters, but you will also be working with other teams in fundraising and the wider organisation, helping colleagues to develop data-driven strategies to make informed decisions, and ensuring robust processes and systems are in place to maximise marketing quality and effectiveness.

You may have come from one of a number of related disciplines, including finance, database marketing, analysis or business operations. Whatever your background, you will be able to demonstrate having delivered significant financial benefits to your organisation through the design and implementation of effective work systems and processes.

Your abilities will be wide ranging – combining commercial expertise with well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills and strong leadership qualities. You’ll have a meticulous approach to quality, as well as the ability to see longer term trends and patterns in data and know what to do with them.

If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
