Martin House provides vital care and support to babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families. Our work spans across Yorkshire, supporting families to celebrate the very best in life when faced with the very worst, both in their local communities, and in our Hospice in Boston Spa.

Due to internal promotion, we are seeking an ambitious and motivated Partnerships Manager to join our team in what is an exciting period of development. Key responsibilities of this role will include prospecting and securing high-level partnerships, primarily based within the North & East Yorkshire area, including financial support, CRM, strategic support, sponsorship, COTY, GIK and volunteering. Alongside this, you will perform account management of a range of corporate partnerships to develop and secure multi-year support.

We are looking for an energetic candidate who can help maximise and grow our corporate partnerships income. The successful application will have experience in a charity, sales or marketing background and will enjoy an externally focussed role. You will be an effective communicator with the ability to build and influence relationships at all levels. If you are looking to flourish in a high-profile environment, our team is supportive and passionate with substantial fundraising experience.
