Mind is the leading mental health charity in England and Wales. We won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve. The Prospect Researcher will join a dynamic team with big ambitions to increase fundraising income to support Mind’s 2021 Strategy.

The post holder will play a key role in supporting the growth of Major Giving at Mind. You will work closely with Major Giving team members to create and contribute to donor solicitation plans, which will have a direct impact on securing major gifts. You will also work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders to ensure we are maximising cross-working opportunities.

The Prospect Researcher will build, replenish and monitor a pipeline of key prospects who have the potential to provide significant financial support to Mind, increase their existing support, and/or raise the profile of Mind amongst peers. You will provide strategically aligned research to identify and prioritise prospects, provide detailed bios and briefings ahead of meetings and events and ensure accurate and consistent use of the database
