This is a sought after opportunity to join our creative and ambitious team community fundraising team as a Senior Community Fundraising Officer. You will play a significant role in helping the team deliver its income targets across a range of events and community fundraising activities, helping Mind make sure that everyone with a mental health problem as somewhere to turn for support and advice

Sitting in the Community, Events and Fundraising Development Team, you will be responsible for developing, marketing, delivering and evaluating a portfolio of community fundraising activity to achieve net income targets. Your portfolio will include activity such as student fundraising, school fundraising, supporters organising their own active or community based fundraising activities, as well as our bespoke programme of hikes; Mind Hike. You will also be required to produce budgets and report against financial and non-financial KPIs.

Line managing three Community Fundraising Coordinators you will lead and support them to develop and deliver stewardship programmes for community fundraising participants in order to maximise their fundraising potential.
