Join Mind's innovative and ambitious Fundraising Development team at a time of growth and development and help raise over £9m so we can be there for more people with mental health problems.

Reporting to the Fundraising Development Manager, you will contribute towards devising, developing and piloting fundraising products & projects across the Community & Events fundraising portfolio (including the flagship community fundraising product, Crafternoon), implementing continuous improvements to systems and processes.

You will support the Innovation Process, working with the Fundraising Products and Projects Officer and Innovation Champions network to identify and develop new community & events fundraising activities, helping to foster a culture of innovation across Mind. 

You will be responsible for line managing, including conducting regular supervisions and annual appraisals of three Community & Events Fundraising Administrators, ensuring they meet their objectives to provide a fantastic experience for supporters by delivering excellent administration and stewardship on community and events fundraising.
