Senior Events Fundraising Officer

Job Description

Join Mind's innovative and ambitious Events Fundraising team at a time of growth and development and help raise over £5m so we can be there for more people with mental health problems.

We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic and highly organised with a strong attention to detail. You need experience of working across multiple active challenge fundraising activities and providing supporters with high-quality stewardship to give them an excellent experience of fundraising for charity.

Working closely with the Events Fundraising Manager, other Senior Events Fundraising Officers and Events Fundraising Coordinators, you will be responsible for developing, managing, delivering and evaluating a portfolio of running and challenge events to achieve net income targets, including budgeting and reporting against financial and non-financial KPIs.

You will have experience of line management and be a competent user of CRM packages.  You will lead a team to develop and deliver stewardship programmes to enable event fundraising participants to maximise their fundraising potential, as well as overseeing the maintenance and improvement of administrative processes on the website, database and accounting systems.
