Corporate and Donor Relations Officer

£23,196 per annum

Ref: 0891

The Museum of London tells the story of the world’s greatest city and its people to more than a million visitors each year. Already one of the capital’s most bold and ambitious cultural institutions, telling the story of Londoners and their ever-changing city, the Museum of London will move to an extraordinary new site in West Smithfield and create an entirely new museum for London.  The museum is now engaged in its biggest ever fundraising campaign to achieve a target of at least £70m to support this innovative and exciting project.

In 2023 we will open our doors at West Smithfield, and the fundraising team will be at the very heart of making the project happen.

We are looking for a new Corporate and Donor Relations Officer.  To be successful in this role, you will be someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment with people who are passionate about our common goal – to create a new museum for London. You love working with people, but don’t let the details slide, and are always thinking about creative ways to build relationships with our corporate and other supporters. You have excellent communication skills, are extremely organised, and are skilled at building relationships internally and externally within an organisation. You’re happy working within a team and managing projects independently, and will be a great ambassador for the Museum of London.

Come and join our growing team and be a part of London’s history, leading the fundraising campaign for Europe’s most exciting cultural project.

The closing date for applications is Sunday 15 April 2018. Interviews will be held during the week commencing 23 April 2018. Applications are by CV and Cover Letter. For further details about the role and about how to apply, please click on the Apply on Website button.

The Museum of London is committed to equal opportunities and diversity.
