BTA (Bruce Tait Associates) are delighted to be working exclusively with the National Trust for Scotland to recruit a Giving Campaigns Executive.

The Trust are at the beginning of a new organisational strategy. They want to continue to preserve Scotland and its treasures for everyone who shares a love of the country. To do this, they need funds. The Fundraising Team have the target of increasing annual donations to £10 million a year over the next 5 years, from a starting point of around £6 million in 2017.

Over the past year, the Fundraising Team have been revitalised, growing from a team of 3 to 10. They are highly-motivated, talented and passionate and are now looking for a Giving Campaigns Executive to join them. This post will manage their fundraising appeals and campaigns and promote legacy giving to the Trust. Working across multiple departments as well as managing the relationships with external agencies, you will have excellent communication, data and campaign management skills. You will most likely come from a solid fundraising background, or have relevant transferable skills.
