Fundraising Supporter Experience Officer

Are you creative with the ability to generate or commission engaging content? Are you strategic, self-motivated with background in fundraising? We have an exciting opportunity to use your skills as a Supporter Experience Officer.

Position: Supporter Experience Officer

Location: Swindon (M4 corridor)

Hours: 25 hours per week up to full-time, as preferred

Salary: £28,000-32,000 pa

The Role

The Supporter Experience Officer is responsible for giving supporters a fulfilling and enjoyable relationship with Bible Society. Operating within the Individual Giving Team, you will work strategically across the whole supporter journey.

About You

As the Supporter Experience Officer, you will have a demonstrable understanding of what drives and motivates Christian supporters, as well as a deep understanding of retention fundraising principles.

Delighting supporters with positive ‘wow’ moments will be a core part of your remit. Well-organised and self-motivated, you will also be a strategic thinker and have proven experience in analysing and reporting on campaigns.

You will bring with you:

  • Knowledge and experience in a fundraising, marketing, related business or charity environment.
  • Experience of generating or commissioning engaging creative content.
  • Experience of analysing and reporting on campaigns and datasets.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
