Head of Partnerships

The Trustees of Nuffield Farming Scholarships Trust have recently committed to raising the necessary funding to expand the scope of the service provided and better enable the charity to lead positive change in British Agriculture. The Trust is now seeking to recruit a Head of Partnership to join the team working on a consultancy basis to take this work forward.

Working closely with the Director of Nuffield Farming Scholarships Trust the ‘Head of Partnerships’ will be responsible for the development of Nuffield Farming sponsorship and partnership revenue programme. This will consist primarily of identifying, selecting and engaging with sponsors who will enhance the Nuffield Farming brand and negotiating, managing and evaluating profitable agreements which meet financial targets.  The post will be responsible for devising and implementing annual sponsorship development plans, reporting on progress and building successful, on-going relationships with sponsors, partners and colleagues.  The consultancy will begin as soon as possible and operate in close consultation with the Nuffield Farming Office which may also provide some staff support.  Further details are attached.
