One25 has an exciting opportunity for a people person with a proven track record of success who is seeking to develop their skills. We will recruit for this role based on attitude and potential as well as direct experience.

We’re looking for a team player who is proactive, has drive and ambition, is an excellent communicator and is analytical and organised with good attention to detail. Above all, you will be passionate about helping the women we support and excited about developing relationships with and inspiring our donors and supporters.

The main responsibility of this role is to work with the Fundraising and Communications Manager (FCM) to develop One25’s individual giving programme, across individual gifts, regular donations, major donors, and legacies. There will be many opportunities for learning and development. Additionally, as One25’s valued fundraising and communications team is small, innovative and dynamic you will also input into other areas of work including: events, communications and social media.

The successful post holder will report to One25’s FCM. One25 is an award-winning, registered charity (No.1062391) with a Christian ethos, providing services for women trapped in street sex work. We are based in St Pauls in Bristol.

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week (30 hours may be available)
