A fantastic time to join a growing team and make a tangible impact through your role. Individual giving at the Orange Tree has great potential and will offer the postholder an opportunity to achieve real, measurable impact within the fixed-term of the post.

The Development Manager (Individuals) takes the lead on individual fundraising, with a focus on the Patron scheme, annual :DISCOVER campaign and mid-level giving, driving growth in this key area.

In the last five years, the Orange Tree has won 27 major industry awards, and performed to audiences of 75,000 a year across the UK. In addition to artistic success, the OT has undergone radical change in its financing and business model. Since 2015, the Theatre has transformed its fundraising, increasing its annual target by 350%.

We are now seeking two Development Managers: Development Manager (Individuals) maternity cover and Development Manager (Partnerships). As we embark upon a new, three-year fundraising strategy, now is a fantastic time to join a growing team and make a tangible impact through your role.
