Development Manager (Partnerships)

An exciting new role with huge potential at this renowned, award-winning London theatre.

The Development Manager (Partnerships) will take the lead in achieving significant growth through trusts and corporate fundraising, including working closely with the Development & Communications Director to achieve substantial strategic partnerships across trusts, corporates and statutory bodies.

In the last five years, the Orange Tree has won 27 industry awards and performed to audiences of 75,000 a year across the UK.  In addition to artistic success, the OT has undergone radical change in its financing and business model. Since 2015, the Theatre has transformed its fundraising strategy, increasing its annual target by 350%.

We are now seeking two Development Managers: Development Manager (Partnerships) and Development Manager (Individuals) (maternity cover).  As we embark upon a new three-year fundraising strategy, now is a fantastic time to join a growing team and make a tangible impact through your role.

Trust, statutory and corporate fundraising at the OT currently accounts for around 40% of the department target, and is an area with significant potential. This role offers an ambitious and determined individual, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships and a self-starting approach, a rewarding opportunity.
