• To oversee our Trusts & Foundations fundraising programme

• To provide vision, leadership and implementing our Trusts & Foundations strategy

• Responsible for increasing income to meet or exceed the targets in our five-year strategic plan

• To review and monitor all Trusts & Foundations, ensuring they continue to deliver agreed levels of RoI

• To inspire and motivate all ORUK fundraisers, volunteers and donors

• To take responsibility for developing and sustaining a culture of achievement and accountability

• To contribute to the overall direction of ORUK and to all its charitable activities

• To be an ambassador for ORUK
