The Prince's Trust is a youth charity that helps change young lives. We give practical and financial support, developing key workplace skills, such as confidence and motivation. We work with 11 to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law. As part of the North Region, you will be responsible for dealing with on-line enquiry forms from young people, their parents/guardians or referral partners either directing them to the relevant programme or signposting them to another organisation.  You will assess each enquiry to ensure the young person is eligible and check their suitability specifically for the Enterprise and Awards programmes.  You will also be responsible for recording and resolving complaints, escalating as appropriate. 

You must have excellent communication and listening skills as well as outstanding people skills.  You must also have a good understanding of the challenges young people within the Trust's target groups face.  Good organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise workloads is essential in this role as is the ability to multi-task. 

The ideal candidate will be skilled in Microsoft Office packages and have excellent data entry skills.
