Community & Retail Engagement Executive (MKT0405)

Location: Oxford

Salary: *£21,017 - £28,820 depending on experience (*includes £1,705 Hotspot Allowance)

Our Team

The Community & Retail Engagement Team develop, support, and inspire individuals and groups/networks of Oxfam GB supporters in the community – and in doing so, provide a variety of relevant opportunities to support from across the product portfolio. The team is responsible for providing joined-up and innovative ways to maximise the potential and opportunities that exist within Oxfam GB’s retail infrastructure and coordinate the delivery of a holistic and seamless community presence to help Oxfam GB meet its public engagement objectives.

What we are looking for

You are a proactive marketer, with experience of working on creative marketing solutions for a retail or community fundraising environment, with experience of producing supporter care and printed materials. Ideally you will have an affinity with charity shopping and the retail environment. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.  You are organised and able to meet deadlines. You will need to be skilled at creating impact with small budgets, whilst ensuring our brand, income and engagement objectives are delivered. You will be keen to bring the voice and needs of our communities and shops into your work, comfortable consulting widely and interpreting feedback to help make decisions on marketing activities.
