About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an ambitious digital supporter engagement team at an organisation that makes a difference to people’s lives. Based in our Fundraising directorate and working closely with Digital, this important role will:

• Lead cross channel digital fundraising activity across a portfolio of teams, including campaign development and deliver to maximise fundraising potential
• Advise on best practice and ensure optimisation across core online fundraising journeys

• Lead on skill sharing, evaluations, campaign planning and advise on best practice in the digital supporter engagement field
• Maximise fundraising income generated through digital products, platforms, campaigns, onward journeys and services.

Skills, knowledge and experience

We’re looking for someone with experience of engaging audiences digitally in the private, or not-for-profit sector

The person we envisage in this role will have experience working with fundraising teams to devise multi-channel digital campaigns. They will be highly organised with the ability to prioritise their own workload and lead on a busy schedule of digital activity.
