Imagine not being able to move, sleep, or smile. Feeling anxious or depressed and struggling to think or remember. Your body not feeling like your own. This is what Parkinson's can feel like.

Every hour, two people in the UK are told they have Parkinson's - a brain condition that turns lives upside down, leaving a future full of uncertainty.

Parkinson’s UK is an ambitious and dynamic charity, passionate about improving the lives of everyone affected by Parkinson’s and finding better treatments and a cure

You could be part of helping us achieve this.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Insight Analyst to bring technical expertise to our insight operations: briefing and delivering analytics and insight work, developing and improving team techniques and processes, and making sure we’re getting the best from the data we use.

You’ll be joining our established Supporter Insight team to grow its potential beyond just Fundraising to understand more about all the different ways our supporters engage with us. You will ensure the effective delivery of meaningful insight and will play a key role helping unlock the potential of our data.

Skills, knowledge and experience

You will be a thinker and a doer with an eye for detail and the love of a good process. You will require a proven background in statistical analysis and presenting insights as recommendations for real change. You’ll have technical expertise in working with databases and analytics packages. You’ll have the ability to plan effectively and work collaboratively with other colleagues and external partners. We’re looking for someone with curiosity, data know-how and who is also a confident communicator on technical topics.

If you think you could help us, we would love to hear from you.

Please note; CVs will not be accepted as part of, or instead of, the application form. Only candidates shortlisted for interview will be notified.

Closing date: 19 November 2018

Interviews will be held w/c 26 November 2018
