Philanthropy Executive

Fixed term (3 months)

Full time- 35 hours a week

The Prince's Trust is a youth charity that helps change young lives. We give practical and financial support, developing key workplace skills, such as confidence and motivation. We work with 11 to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law. We have helped more than 825,000 young people since 1976 and support 100 more each working day. More than three in four young people we helped last year moved into work, education or training. We are committed to equality and valuing diversity.

Philanthropy Executive is a key role that (i) supports our mission 'to help disadvantaged young people in the UK to change their lives and get into work, education or training'; (ii) supports the growth of private sector income secured through individual philanthropists; and (iii) delivers The Trust's strategic goals by:

• Supporting income growth in line with ambitious delivery growth targets

• Ensuring income is aligned with The Trust's operational delivery plans at all times

• Supporting the growth of The Prince's Trust's reputation within the youth sector, third sector and with philanthropists
