The Prince's Trust is a youth charity that helps change young lives. We give practical and financial support, developing key workplace skills, such as confidence and motivation. We work with 11 to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law. We have helped more than 825,000 young people since 1976 and support 100 more each working day. More than three in four young people we helped last year moved into work, education or training. We are committed to equality and valuing diversity.

The Prince's Trust is seeking a talented individual to join our newly formed Funder Management Team. As a Project Executive you will support both the National Project Manager and wider team with managing relationships across a wide range of Public sector funding organisations. You will also support the maximisation of our income by working effectively across operations, finance and fundraising in a proactive manner to ensure compliance and raise awareness of our performance.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about the work of The Trust and a team player and will also possess the following:

  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to relate to people at all levels
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to effectively prioritise tasks.
  • Ability to accurately analyse data such as budgets and other project-related financial information.
  • Proficient in MS Office packages; particularly Microsoft Excel.

The Prince's Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

A NOTE FOR RECRUITMENT AGENCIES

We prefer to hire people directly, but we do have a preferred supplier list for when we'd like a helping hand. We'll be in touch if we need you.

We reserve the right to change the closing date depending on the number of responses received. Please submit your application as soon as possible to ensure it is considered in the selection process. If you have a disability and can demonstrate that closing this post early would impact on your ability to submit an application in time, please contact our HR team to request arrangements for an application to be submitted within the original timeframe.
