About the role

Quakers in Britain have adopted an exciting new fundraising strategy. We aim to ensure that we continue our work for equality and for a sustainable and peaceful world. To do this, we need to expand and professionalise our fundraising capacity. We are looking for an experienced membership and individual giving fundraiser to join our team. This role is full-time for 35 hours per week.

About you

  • You will be ambitious with a flexible approach to work and be excited by the opportunity to grow income from individuals and contributions from Quaker meetings.
  • You will have demonstrable experience in one or more of the following areas: membership fundraising; individual giving; faith/church fundraising.
  • You will have a sound understanding of what motivates individuals to support charities, organisations campaigning for social change and faith-based bodies.
  • You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively with a range of different stakeholders, including volunteers.
