This Sunday Times Top 100 Not-For-Profit organisation is looking to appoint an Individual Giving and Supporter Engagement Manager to generate and grow sustainable income.

We are an ambitious charity with a clear vision for growth and a strong sense of values. Reporting to the Head of Engagement, you will play an integral role in driving through changes to transform Rainbow Trust’s supporter acquisition activity.

Motivated by your active interest in wider sector trends and opportunities, you will develop new fundraising ideas, adopting a test and learn approach, and ensure a strong Individual Giving portfolio. You will lead on effective stewardship of prospects and donors to increase conversion, retention and improve the lifetime value.

You will have an excellent track record of managing direct marketing campaigns across a range of media, with experience of improving supporter or customer engagement, working effectively across a wide range of teams to deliver integrated campaigns and achieve shared goals.

With demonstrable success in delivering income generating activity, you will have worked in a hands-on environment using supporter or customer databases to segment audiences, target campaigns and drive profitability, with experience of analysing and interpreting data to drive optimization.

Practical, confident and outgoing, you will thrive working independently and take ownership of delivering something new.

Applications will be particularly welcome from those with an IoF, CIM or IDM qualification and professional membership.
