Redwings the charity is a provider of everyday care for over 1,500 horses and donkeys at ten centres across the UK, including five Visitor Centres. In addition we have around 500 horses out on loan in private homes.

Fundraising Manager

Hapton Head Office, Norfolk

Permanent 37.50 hrs a week Monday to Friday

Circa £25,350.00 per annum

Subject to a six month probationary period.

Redwings is seeking a Fundraising Manager to focus on the recruitment and retention of supporters through the Charity’s Visitor Centres and Adoption Scheme.

In line with the income generation strategies for these two key areas, the post holder will;

Support the five Visitor Centres based in Essex, Warwickshire, Scotland and Norfolk, ensuring they have the tools and training required to provide excellent donor care and maximise voluntary income generation.

Oversee the administration of the Redwings Adoption Scheme. Develop and promote the scheme to attract new adopters and review administrative processes and communications to improve donor retention.

The successful applicant will be organised, motivated and focussed on donor care. They will have an eye for detail and enjoy a mixture of administrative and front of house work.

A full clean manual driving licence is essential for visiting our remote visitor centres as and when required.
