As part of our new five-year strategy, we are investing significantly in growing the capacity and expertise within our Alumni Relations and Advancement team. To complete our first phase of recruitment, we are seeking two ambitious individuals to join us as our new Associate Director, Alumni Relations and Advancement, and Head of Fundraising. 

The Associate Director, Alumni Relations and Advancement will lead a new advancement team and develop a robust and diversified fundraising programme that will help us achieve long term and sustainable growth.  The post holder will develop partnerships and supporter relationships to build engagement, and work closely with leadership to embed alumni relations and philanthropy within the University by demonstrating involvement and impact.

You are a powerful influencer and enjoy using your sophisticated communication and interpersonal skills to operate at this strategic level.  Underpinning your success in this role will be your demonstrable track record of leading successful fundraising and alumni engagement programmes, experience of securing philanthropic support, and ability to gain the trust and confidence of those around you.  Your pragmatism, resilience, and enterprising mindset, will enable you to build a strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as a successful fundraising and alumni relations programme and team.
