The Nature Conservancy

Associate Director, Principal Gifts

London

Excellent Salary and Benefits

We are optimists about Earth’s future. Guided by our science-based approach The Nature Conservancy is focused on finding win-win solutions that promote both economic development and environmental protection. And our science tells us that it is possible to meet global challenges such as climate change, food and water security, and city growth while creating a future in which people and nature thrive together.  Our mission is to conserve the lands and waters on which all life depends.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic and creative individual to work as part of a growing team in London, shaping and leading the development and implementation of the Conservancy’s principal gifts programme across the UK and Europe.  You will bring a track record of successfully managing a robust portfolio of relationships with high net worth individuals and securing gifts at the six-figure level or more.  Key to your success in this role is your ability to operate at this strategic level, as well as your sophisticated communication and influencing skills.  Your enterprising spirit will inspire colleagues around you and enable you to maximise philanthropic opportunities for the Conservancy. A collaborative, agile and approachable manner will enable you to thrive in this fast-paced environment and international team.
