RISE is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Fundraising Senior Officer to drive and develop supporter engagement through stewardship approaches that maximise income.

The successful candidate will be creative, organised and resourceful, possess excellent cross-discipline income generation skills and have solid experience of running successful large scale fundraising events, races and challenges, overseeing legacy schemes and building relationships with major donors.

The Fundraising Senior Officer will work creatively and flexibly with the Communications and Marketing Senior Officer to jointly manage a team of fundraising and communication workers to deliver the key strategic objectives set out in the organisation’s Fundraising and Communications Strategy. 

They will know how to develop and grow a committed supporter base and have experience of innovating new initiatives to diversify income streams, managing projects, budgets and people.
