Regional Fundraiser Full Time (Part-time considered)

Do you have a proven track-record of developing effective fundraising plans, recruiting and managing fundraising volunteers and working within a target driven environment? Then why not join our team to build-upon our exciting community fundraising strategy.

The Road Victims Trust is a registered charity with 22 years of experience helping families and individuals affected by road death. We cover the 3 counties of Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire and help in excess of 500 people each year by way of free practical and emotional support. This support is delivered by a highly skilled team of professional staff and Counselling Volunteers.

We are  looking to recruit a passionate and dedicated professional to drive forward with our fundraising strategy and make a real difference to people’s lives.

Your role will be a key part of our community fundraising development plan. You will deliver excellent supporter care and stewardship to develop relationships with new and existing community groups, individuals and volunteers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy in order to achieve financial sustainability for the Trust.

We are seeking the best possible candidate to realise the ambitions of the Road Victims Trust. The role has much scope for development and the right candidate will be key to ensuring the success of the Trust as it moves forward.

Road Victims Trust, 146 Bedford Road, Kempston, Beds
Salary: £22,000- £23,000 full time  (depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (  Part- time 22.5 hours per week )
Contract: 12 month contract (with the view to being a permanent role)
Location:  Mainly field-based but some office work at Bedford and Kempston offices
