As a charismatic, confident and enthusiastic fundraiser, you will be visiting a variety of sites with your own personalised nature display. Your working day will revolve around the exciting, engaging and informative conversations you strike up with members of the public. During these exchanges you will use your dynamism, your people skills and your passion to inspire those who are not already, to become members of the RSPB and help the charity to give nature a home.

You will be entering a working environment that sets you up to succeed, with excellent training, one to one mentoring and ongoing support from both your team and your line manager. With a starting salary of £17,154 potentially increasing to £22,432 within the first 2 months, you will also be entitled to OTEs of £27,000 or more in line with performance. You will also receive travel expenses, 28 days paid holiday and opportunities for career progression.
