Direct Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced marketer to join the Supporter Marketing Team at our UK headquarters in Bedfordshire. Someone to help us identify new ways to retain and grow support from existing members, excite them with our offer and drive ongoing financial support. This is your chance to make your mark and play a critical role in membership renewal and upgrade marketing at the RSPB.

Contract: Permanent

With experience of delivering end-to-end direct marketing campaigns, you will be responsible for working with our agency to plan and deliver our membership renewals and upgrade campaigns across multiple channels.

The role involves working with multiple stakeholders so great organisation and communication skills are a must. The ability to analyse data and report results will also be key and therefore a good level of numeracy and excel skills are essential.
