The RSPB are expanding our Corporate Partnerships team as we continue to build on recent successes and increased public awareness of our efforts to collaborate with businesses, enabling collective action in support of nature's recovery.

The Partnership Development Manager will be responsible for driving significant income growth from corporate partnerships by delivering the RSPB's partnership offer to brands and businesses to reach challenging but achievable targets. 

New business is a key focus of this role alongside subsequent account management and facilitation of the partnerships that you develop. 

The post-holder will be someone who thrives on creativity, ambiguity and proactive cultivation and who can draw upon their track record of winning significant partnerships and successfully stewarding accounts. 

Confident engaging cold contacts via phone, email and in-person to develop corporate relationships, you will focus on driving corporate income growth and positioning RSPB as top of mind for brands keen to support nature's recovery through their work. 

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years new business and account management experience ideally gained in corporate partnerships or a relevant business development role, as well as a proven track record of cultivating, securing and account managing partnerships with a value of £100k+.

Based primarily at our HQ in Sandy Bedfordshire, regular travel across the UK to visit partners and attend events will be required.

This role is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act. You will be asked to declare unspent convictions and cautions at offer of employment stage.
