The RSPB is looking for a Trusts and Foundations Manager to join our ambitious development team.

Salary starting at: £25,463 to £27,585 per annum - Applicants should expect under normal circumstances to receive an offer at the bottom of the advertised range
Hours: Full time
Contract: Permanent

With an attractive portfolio of diverse conservation projects that need funding (habitat creation and restoration, species recovery, and education and family engagement); you will have the opportunity to develop new income generating relationships, and present the RSPB's work in ways that inspire and allow trusts and foundations to have a major impact to help save nature.

As a motivated trust and foundation fundraising professional, your superb relationship-building skills and excellent communication abilities will identify and secure the support of trusts and foundations for some of the RSPB's major conservation initiatives.

We would love to hear from candidates who can demonstrate their experience of effectively prospecting and managing trust and foundation relationships, alongside their experience of working in a target driven environment. You will join a dynamic, friendly team working to deliver high-quality stewardship and ensure trusts and foundations are kept fully appraised of developments in what will be a rapidly changing, energetic and exciting period of conservation innovation.
