Senior Practitioner (Children’s Centre)

Position: Senior Practitioner Children’s Centre & Early Years 
Location: Rutland, Oakham 
Job type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 37 hours per week 
Salary: £35,934 - £38,813 per annum

About the role: 

We are looking for an experienced manager to oversee the development of our Children’s Centre and Early Years’ Service. You will be responsible for designing and coordinating a range of early and targeted interventions within our community hubs, creating an accessible and holistic offer which provides support for children and families at the earliest stages. 

About you: 

You will be responsible for the management of a small and vibrant team based at our Children’s Centre in Oakham and as such you will be an effective leader who is able to support the team to be confident and reflective practitioners. Passionate and committed, you will think creatively and innovate, inspiring those in your team as well as children and families. You will have a strong understanding of how early help services can best be delivered to make a difference for children and families.
