About the role

The main purpose of this role is as follows:

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of at up to 8 members to deliver against challenging SLA’s, ensuring they are trained and developed appropriately to deliver against objectives using Save the Children’s competencies in all they do.
  • Be a source of expert knowledge, provide data planning expertise to internal client marketing teams to facilitate the optimisation of all marketing activities, e.g. campaign objectives, testing strategies, targeting and segmentation opportunities, campaign matrix development, post-campaign reporting and insightful interpretation
  • Drive the development of key planning processes within the organisation in order to better manage the delivery of key strategic initiatives and campaigns throughout the year, scheduling and prioritising as required while managing stakeholder expectations

About you

You will have a passion for data and be looking to fast-track your experience working with data and technologies in an exciting and challenging role that is central to the success of SCUK.

To succeed you will be capable of demonstrating.

  • Extensive experience using data to drive optimisation of Direct and Digital Marketing campaigns throughout all campaign lifecycle stages, i.e., planning, delivery and reporting
  • Excellent managerial skills, including the management of direct reports, and prioritisation and coordination of team workloads and in a fast-paced working environment
  • Experience account managing multiple internal client marketing teams, including the scheduling and delivery of multiple campaigns, projects and programmes
  • Strong relationship building skills, both written and oral
  • Experience Adobe Campaign Manager, FastStats, PowerBI or other CRM campaign management systems and analysis tools
  • Excellent knowledge of GDPR, FPS and Fundraising regulations and how these related to supporter data.
