An exciting opportunity has arisen with the Scottish SPCA to join the Fundraising and Income Generation Department as a Community & Events Fundraising Manager based in Dunfermline (with flexibility for off-site and home working).

The Community & Events Fundraising Manager will lead our Fundraising Events and Community Fundraising functions, implementing strategic plans to drive income generation and maximise long-term relationship building and sustainable fundraising revenue.

The Community & Events team are targeted with fundraising income generation of £500,000+ per annum, and this role will be key in achieving this aim.  A demonstrable track record of achieving high value targets is essential.

If you are a passionate, experienced fundraiser this is a fantastic opportunity to work with Scotland’s Animal Champions to develop our community and events fundraising direction to deliver an outstanding supporter journey.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience in managing events, growing supporter participation and relationship development with local businesses, organisations and groups.  The role will also manage a team of Community Fundraisers and an Events Fundraiser; and will be responsible for creating an engaging, employee development focussed approach.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with occasional evening and weekend work.
