We’re looking for an energetic, self-motivated and committed fundraising professional to join our growing team based in Epsom, Surrey. You will have an enviable track record in delivering events and community fundraising activities and be a great people person. Position: Events and Community Fundraising Manager

You’ll be joining at an exciting time with a packed programme of events already planned for 2018. But you will also have the opportunity to introduce new activities to shape future direction. Everybody in the team regularly gets out visiting our services and spending time really getting to know the people we support.

SeeAbility is one of the oldest disability charities in the UK and has pioneered specialist support for over 200 years. With an ambitious growth strategy, this is an exciting time to join us.

As a key member of SeeAbility’s fundraising team you will review, manage and deliver SeeAbility’s current event and community fundraising programme, whilst continually looking at new activities to grow income.

To be successful in this role you should have proven experience in events and community fundraising including competitor research, marketing, monitoring and analysis. In addition, you will have a sound track record of supporter recruitment and retention through building and delivering effective stewardship programmes.  You will need to be enthusiastic, creative, dynamic, and able to juggle competing priorities, whilst being able to build strong internal and external relationships.
